Consult clients as a trusted advisor in areas of Human Centered Design, User Experience Research and Design and digital transformation. Facilitate contextual inquiries, usability testing, and co-creation sessions with business owners, developers and key stakeholders. Synthesize collected data to design and package strategic plans, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and reports.

Facilitate co-creation sessions, product demos, usability testing, and daily sprint meetings with interdisciplinary teams. Lead an agile development team from end to end. Collaborate with users to create service design blueprints, wireframes, clickable prototypes, and user guides.
